A self-described problem solver and perpetual learner, my goal is to understand enough about what you do to help you do it better and/or take those projects and tasks off of your plate that are not getting done.
My experience includes working in small business as well as within fortune 500 companies. I built, ran and sold my own small business of 9 years. I have more than 20 years of practical experience in manufacturing and process improvement and formal training in lean and six sigma; I leverage solutions and techniques across multiple industries and disciplines to get the job done.

Less talking. More doing. You probably don't need another person telling you what needs to be done, you just need to get the work done correctly and efficiently. With an objective 3rd party perspective, there is space to examine organizational norms and work with things as they are - not how they are supposed to be.
Unlike hiring a full-time employee, there is no incentive to create job security by becoming entrenched in the organization. Engagements are specific and time-bound so you know the level of commitment upfront and can re-engage as needed at future dates.
